Join our tried and true Quarterly Air Analysis Program! Our quarterly Air Analysis Program is based on quarterly testing as mandated by NFPA 1989 guidelines. Air samples are collected into the sterile air analysis kit that we provide you. Air is tested at a laboratory certified by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation as required by NFPA. Air Analysis Program Similar to your engines, providing routine maintenance on your compressor greatly increases the longevity of your breathing air system. Our Factory Certified Technician is available to get the job done. Additionally, when your compressor is down, it needs immediate attention. SeaWestern offers several different com- pressor service level contracts to meet your needs. Furthermore, when you schedule your compressor service in conjunction with your mobile flow testing your department avoids paying any travel charges. offers a full-time MSA Certified Mobile Technician. You supply the SCBA and air and we will flow test your units on location. Your department will receive a flow test record for each SCBA. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…. We will automatically ship to you an Air Test Kit(s) to your location every three months. This serves as a great reminder that it is time to take your air sample. You simply collect an air sample into the sterile container provided, and ship it to the lab. You will receive an air quality analysis certificate stating that your air meets the standards you requested. If your air does not pass, you will be contacted by SeaWestern to discuss the problem and another air test can be completed once the problem has been identified and corrected.
